Acu-Warranty™

The Acu-Warranty system controls the submission, authorization and processing of claims as well as feedback to customers about the status (approved, pending authorization, etc) of those claims. Additional information is also made available to customers such as a vehicles repair history and recalls or service programs on a per vehicle basis.

The Acu-Warranty system is integrated with other organizational systems in order to, for example, obtain pricing and other information about service parts.

Acu-Warranty has a self-validating process which ensures that all the necessary information is captured in order for the claim to be submitted. Not only does the system capture the data but it validates the data based upon product ID.

Acu-FAST™ Warranty Analytics

The Foresight Analytical Statistical Tool (FAST) provides a visual demonstration of your warranty exposure given minimal data. Our Analytic tool is unsurpassed in its speed and accuracy in the warranty market period.
