	January 6, 2009 – Aculocity workshop at Warranty Chain Management Conference March 10th - 12th Dr. Vadim Kozyrkov of Aculocity has been chosen to lecture at the 5th Annual WCM Conference March 10th – 12th in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Kozyrkov will address the emergence of analytics in warranty management and improved measurements of warranty performance. The audience will learn how to gain ‘warranty insight’ by using analytics and how to not just access warranty data but act on it.
	October 17, 2008 - Aculocity authors editorial for Warranty Week newsletter The October 16th edition of Warranty Week newsletter features an editorial written by Aculocity president Dr. Vadim Kozyrkov. The article discusses warranty management best practices and the Aculocity approach to analyzing warranty. 	August 25, 2008 - Aculocity featured in Chicago Sun-Times article An article in the Chicago Sun-Times on August 24th highlighted the work Aculocity does to help companies manage warranty costs, track warranty performance, and identify emerging trends. The article, by technology reporter Sandra Guy, appeared in the business section of the newspaper and touted Aculocity’s expertise in analyzing warranty claims. "We forecast future spending [on warranties] to determine how companies can save money and improve the quality of their products" said Vadim Kozyrkov, Aculocity's president. 	June 10, 2008 - IQPC 4th Annual Warranty Management Summit September 15-18 Dr. Vadim Kozyrkov has been chosen to lecture at the IQPC 4th Annual Warranty Management Summit September 15-18. Dr. Kozyrkov will discuss the impact warranty management has on financial performance and how companies can implement best in class practices. 	April 1, 2008 - Warranty Chain Management Successes “We are very pleased with our showing at the 2008 Warranty Chain Management conference. We had significant traffic at our booth and a high level of interest in our core products.” Doug Bukaty, Aculocity’s Vice President of Sales said. “We knew there would be interest in our Acu-FAST tool with Dr. Kozyrkov lecturing for 3 hours on warranty statistics. However, we didn’t expect our fraud prevention product On-Site Tech to generate such interest since we are in the early stages of that products life cycle.” Bukaty also went on to say, “Any system that can dramatically reduce the level of fraudulent warranty claims as well as improve the OEM service level and brand strength is a win for numerous functions within an organization.”

	February 22, 2008 – The Launch of thewarrantydr.com Aculocity has created this site as a forum where interested parties can learn more about current warranty topics and warranty solutions. As a key opinion leader in warranty analytics, Dr Vadim Kozyrkov has published papers and lectured on warranty as a key function in business operations. Before coming to the United States and joining Aculocity, Kozyrkov was a lecturer at the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa for five years. Before that, he worked at the Moldova branch of the Russia Academy of Science. He received a master's degree from Moscow State University and a Ph.D in physics from the University of Port Elizabeth. Dr. Kozyrkov is President of Aculocity. Our goal is to periodically update the site with new articles discussing trends in warranty claims processing and warranty analytics says Doug Bukaty, Aculocity’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
	February 15, 2008 - Aculocity expansion continues “We are very pleased with our global expansion”, Dr. Vadim Kozyrkov said when asked how he is managing Aculocity’s growth. “Our expansion in both our Cape Town, South Africa facility as well as our Eastern European facility is ahead of schedule. After doubling our capacity in Cape Town last year (2007) we have added an additional 40% for the first half of 2008. Our Moldova office will expand 60-70% this year. Our North American operation will grow around 40% in 2008, adding heads in our Midwest locations, Indiana and Chicago. We are potentially expanding our footprint in Los Angeles in Q2 of 2008. This expansion will help us stay ahead of the curve as we acquire new customers and launch several new offerings in the manufacturing space.”
