Issue Management Systems

Issue Management Program

The Issue Management Program (IMP) facilitates the workflow of user requests from the time the request is logged until it is signed off as completed.

The system provides visual feedback of the status of a request, who is currently assigned to and what action is required to complete it.

The data accumulated by the system is reported on with the use of Reporting Services and Cognos tools. This allows in-depth analysis of issues created within a department or organization.

Timesheet Management Program

The Timesheet System interfaces with the Issue Management Program (IMP). It provides an easy to use interface that automates the logging of time spent on the issues within the IMP system, while still allowing users to manually log time on non-IMP related work.

The tool is used to view allocation of resources on projects and total resources spent on projects.

The data accumulated by the system is also reported on with the use of Reporting Services and Cognos tools allowing one to view allocation of time spent on various tasks.
