Description

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design sessions.
• Define and prioritize system requirements in collaboration with end-users.
• Document workflow and business processes.
• Define test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Make technical recommendation in terms of performance, scalability, load balancing, redundancy and general configuration for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS).
• Develop SharePoint solutions using the appropriate tools.
• Evaluate patches, bug fixes and other changes to SharePoint installations.
• Guide and/or perform installation and configuration of SharePoint Server.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint Server installations.
• Secure SharePoint Server installations.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements in areas of responsibility are met.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science.
• In depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 2.0/3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007.
• 4+ years experience as SharePoint technical lead in development and administration.
• Experience with multi-tiered environments.
• Development experience with Microsoft .NET technologies .
• SQL Server 2005/2008 experience.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Microsoft certifications a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Availability to travel a minimum of 20% of time.
