Description:

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across the organization.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Requirements

• University Masters degree or equivalent combination of academic qualification and work experience.
• Project Management Professional certificate.
• 10 plus years experience delivering operations and systems support within an automotive environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel / project management skills.
• Detailed, accurate, responsive, and inquisitive personality.
• Demonstrable ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently while maintaining effective communications with other team members.
• Immediate availability.
